Emerald’s first true dogleg, a hard long ball can go through the fairway into the left trees, but the average player needs to get to the corner so they can let it all out on the 2nd shot. The depression in front of the green can give the impression that the green is closer than it really is. Don’t get careless right as a small pond lurks at about 100 yards from the green in the trees. Difficult fairway, easy green is not true here. #4 owns severe tilt from back to front and right to left. Beware of a back left pin placement.
