U of O Adult Golf Lesson Series

Adult Beginners Class #101 Curriculum: Golf for Beginners, including grip, stance, full swing fundamentals, short game, wedges with wine, on course management, club selection, error correction, and equipment fitting.

Dates and Times:

  • Rain (or Wind/Cold) Dates: May 8th, 9th & 10th

Time: 5:30-7:30 each evening

Tuition for Class #101: $100

Senior (or Near Senior) Adult Class #102 Curriculum: Geared for the Retiree or Soon to be Retired looking to take up golf as a retirement hobby.  Whether you’ve played some golf or no golf in your lifetime, the basic golf fundamentals will all be covered extensively to put you on the course very soon.

Dates and Times:

  • May 1, 2, 3, & 4
  • Rain (or Wind/Cold) Dates: May 8th, 9th & 10th

 

Time: 2:30-4:00 each afternoon

Tuition for Class #102: $100

Intermediate Adult Class #201 Curiculum: Geared for the player who has experience with playing golf.  Will include all the “why’s” of the fundamentals and the reasons for why golf shots can be hit all the wrong ways and the appropriate error correction.  Will stress learning for self-analysis during your golf lifetime.  Will emphasize “on course” management, club selection with emphasis on wedge use, 100 yards in, and different types of shots for different situations.

  • May 22, 23, 24, & 25th
  • Rain (or Wind/Cold) Dates:  May 30, 31st
